I don't think Katrina and Salman are in romantic relationship. Salman still is cordial with his ex-girlfriends be it Somi Ali, Sangeeta Bijlani except Aish(no need to say why), then why not Kat? Somi Ali lives oustide India while Sangeeta Bijlani has her own family, that's why they don't frequent his house so often. Katrina lives here alone and has considered Salman's family has her own.

With Ranbir, they may be in a relationship...who knows?
