Ananth Mahadevan is gung ho about his forthcoming film AGAR, the second part to the suspense trilogy that he had planned after AKSAR. "AGAR is a thriller to the suspense trilogy AKSAR-AGAR-ANJAAM. Suspense films have been made in the past but this is the first time a suspense trilogy has been attempted," says the articulate director.
Ask him about the Shreyas-Tusshar pairing and he explains, "The casting of AGAR is very interesting and intriguing. It will be a complete departure for both Shreyas and Tusshar. Both are playing very interesting characters and it will break away their respective images."
He wishes to keep the story under wraps. All he is willing to disclose is "This will be Shreyas Talpade's real mainstream film and even Tusshar's character is completely unpredictable. Tusshar got really excited when he heard the script."
AGAR will go on floors in November and will release after the World Cup (April end) next year. Ananth's next- ANJAAM is still in the scripting stage and the shooting would commence in May next year.
