I do not think so much abt whether he has a heart...but u know i think he regret all his past actions (somehow when faced with death...everyone has a conscience and could tell what they did wrong or right) and now tt he is sick...he just hope that they can forgive him for all his mistakes and help him???
I dunno...but I have seen so many cases where the person only comes to you when faced with adversity and needs ya help!
