Yes, he heard but didn't react bcoz he didn't want to let jagya know that he heard his talks. He want him to think that he is succeeding in his mission.

shiv is not just shrewd but smart.. he is shown to be someone who doesnt get flayed by emotions or rush of moment.. but rather lay traps for his enemies with lot of planning.. remember the Heth Singh case...

Also may be he is evaluationg if the singhs are also involved in this game.. and this situation may cause disharmony btw singhs n anandi.. something he wudnt want .. coz he knws how much anandi is devoted to the singhs...
so may be wait n watch is the way to go .. to let jagya reveal is true colors and take his bait... n then confront him ..
this is going to hurt anandi coz she may feel some alienation from shiv ..but as he said before.. he knws anandi can take pain ..

For all those who want to see some positivity, then watch Mahadev tomorrow-Mahisasur Vadh. Skip BV tomorrow. Waise kuchh nahi hone wala usme. Wohi crap durga puja scene aayega. Bhagwan ke samne evil is winning. can you endorse it, believe it, support it? Kam se kam Mahadev mein evil is not winning in front of god. I am going to skip as this is my one of most awaited episode. BV, better to skip it. Crap. Garbage.

shiv remained quite becoz he knows all r mad in jug's love as he and anandi are teir not kins ,,, so first kin then they both ,, no one will believe them ... he will go for some proof

Yeah, i think Shiv heard the conversation. Else why would the cV's allocate some time in the episode for Shiv to first forget his mobile .. and then go back to J's room to take it back! Maybe Shiv wants to think before taking the next step...and so walked out silently...
