That goes without saying..Mona is a very ordinary looking woman..I guess many people like her only because they relate to her in some way..She isnt too pretty,she's fat and looks like one among the masses...perhaps people relate to her,that's why they like her....Like girls like shwetha salve look like a model,and mona looks just like one among everyone,thus people like her...Just like Rani mukherjee...Rani comes across as a plane jane Ms.goody two shoes,and people like her,whereas she's supposed be quite rude in real life
