oh lol...so mona singh herself hates the character and all the people are thinking she is their role icon...i was always comfused why is she made a role model sort....what the serial showed...a middle class girl joins an office and falls for her boss...is this what reality is? instead of showing the woman power it emphasised more on the infatuation the employee has with her boss...what was use of her education...she used to act so much dumb.

yes after the make over , it turned out to be a big dabba, and that too empty dabbaa. the makeover was hyped like anything. the serial makers could not sustain the success and even mona singh could not sustain the trp of the show.

yes i agree with buffie..it stated that average looking girls has to go for makeover, that means has to be beautifull to prove themselves...that was so dumb....that was really FAKE.

Infact what was the mig hoohah abut the makeover..Mona was a model before JJKN happened,she was somewhat decent looking...she was made to look ugly, and according to her; 'tortured'then she reverted to her own self..that's it...Infact I would consider someone who isnt good looking(in the sense,really bad looking),but who has made it big..JJKn eventually sent out the message that for to be successful,one HAS to look good,something which is so untrue😕heck even nimmoo is more popular than jassi😛

I have to agree with you here...You know,when I was a big aficionado of JJKn,I never used to agree that the soap went downhill after the makeover..but,alas,that IS the truth

Certain aspects about Jassi were an exaggeration...coz for one,no one is as gauche as jassi...No one wears soda glasses.....but,credit where its due,it was a different soap till the makeover

ofcourse to be in limelight...now jassi is over...what else she will come back in limelight...u know ..mona singh made such a big fuss of getting into bollywood..and she said i started working out. but i watched her on jhalak dikhla jaa , i saw her and i switched off the TV.she is same as early , she did not loose her weight, why is she claiming she wanna be bollywood actress...actually i think she had gained some weight more...thats why may be the producer of the film ..ditched her and shelved the film. The producer of the film whihc mona singh was to star eventually said i made a huge mistake by annoucing mona singh as female lead....my kind advice to mona singh...lady forget about jassi move ahead in life...leave this jassi behind..coz it wont work...u have to try something new..why dont u stay with TV and do some new shows. rather than expecting and keeping big ambitions of starring in big bollywood movie.

frankly speaking , if she really wanna work in movies, she will get the role os sister or bhabhi , bcoz she looks like one. and but for that she has to reduce some weight, look at manninee de, who played PARI in jassi acted in KRISSH, she is prety lucky than mona singh, manninee de eventually even was offered yashraj movie CHAK DE, but she declined due to some reasons.

even armaan suri's new shoe is starting on sony channel titled KAJJAL whihc stars the actress from KAHIIN TOH HOGA who played kashis's sister in it.

i wonder only why mona singh has left behind.

One word about Ash, and the thread runs into a 6-page tirade of Mona-bashing. Hmmm......just goes to prove how it hurts when YOUR OWN favourite stars are attacked indiscriminately, isn't it?

Frankly, I don't care about either glorifying or bashing Aishwarya Rai, but I knew that using her name would get the expected reaction. I think i got my point across. Period.
