According to the latest mishti spoiler, PH has decided to end the show if BS leaves. Ain't it a smart move on their part by putting the ball in barun's court and pressurising his conscience.

This decision has really put barun in a fix. He knows that all the cast and the crew and the livelihood of many is dependent on his one decision and this fact will heavily play on his mind while Making a decision and a decision which should have been only his will now be coloured by expectations of others. So he will not be able to decide freely and all these things will effect his choice and who knows he might stay back but unwillingly.

On the other hand, if he indeed decided to leave than the PH can very well make him the scapegoat and put the entire blame of the closing of the show on him, thus potraying him as selfish.

In short, barun is losing in both the scenarios unless he has already decided not to leave and this decision of the PH will have no effect on him

Now for some reality check. Are u anti-barun or pro-barun???rather is this post just ur 2 cents or u know for sure what is happening behind closed doors??? So according to ur post Mishti is also clearly siding with the PH and on the opposite of barun. How do u know what the PH is going through and what's on their mind? Do u know for sure that this spoiler was not made after mutual agreement between Ph and barun?

Do u think the PH wud deliberately shut down its most popular show on Star plus coz it is launching a new show on a rival channel and incurr loses... So barun is under pressure according to you and does not want to stay back????

PS I am not from 4 lions and I do adore barun but I think I know a lil better than the people here.

first of all I'm not anti-barun and how did u even incur that? Secondly, it's just my point of view and since past many days how the PH is behaving, it won't be a surprise if its true. Also, plz read my post carefully, I have not mentioned anything abt any other show. It's just abt IPK and do u really think that closing down a show is a mutual decision between a PH and only one actor without even considering other crew. Infact actors are the last one to know that the show is closing. So, plz understand my post before jumping the gun

Yes you are right. Now the ball is in Barun's court. Whatever decision he takes will affect many and really barun also, in which way is yet to be seen. as far as I am concerned, PH has no other go as the viewership will not accept some other as ASR, so what to do. May God help barun to take a wise decision.

Okay, the thing is - Barun is loved by everyone as ASR. Majority of the members here in IF or even the TRP audience for that matter - would never want a replacement.

So on the face of it, this decision pleases many of us. And its not wrong. Even when I read it for the first time, I was happy.

When you dig deeper, you realize what a brilliant move the PH made.

Its a good decision undoubtedly but a very clever decision at the same time.

It is completely Barun's decision now. PH has cleverly saved their a**es from public wrath. If he decides to leave, each and everyone is going to blame Barun for jeopardizing the career of many people and hurting the fan's sentiments. Truly a Catch - 22 situation.

I don't know what is going to happen in the future, and even I would not be able to see anyone in the show except Barun as ASR, but my only issue is why are such news leaked in an online forum? News of a show ending due to an actor, or an actor quitting in search of greener pastures - aren't they supposed to be confidential?

Why are fans being involved in all this?

Yes we do need an answer from the PH, an official statement regarding Barun's leave - we DONT need such ambiguous spoilers which confirm nothing about the burning issue in hand.

Disappointed with the PH's PR techniques. Plain sad.

But in this comment, there is answer for some other queries like the show is not closing down due to another show in another channel. that was some other post by some other TM in the morning. I understand her comment. All I'm saying is that barun would be immensely pressurised now and it would effect his decision

I agree.. i made a similar post.. how convinient for them.. blame it on Barun if the show ends
