I stepped down from the car and looked outside. The weather was looking good unlike other days. The clouds seems to have disappeared and the stars twinkling in the night sky. I wonder how come they look so beautiful in dark? And my answer was, they always shines bright gulping the darkness.

I am not wearing heals these days as I am expecting. It is almost 3 months now that my pregnancy is confirmed.

Like all other females even I had terrible mood swings last few months but the only difference is I had NO ONE to share. I had NO ONE to pamper me, and my child.

I exhaled and stepped into the most happening party. The guard allowed me to enter after checking my pass.

"Woah!" I held my ear due to the loud music, which was practically bursting my ear drums.

Suddenly a pair of known hands dragged me inside the disco.

"Oh my God pari you came" Nikhil shouted.

I don't know why he calls me pari. But I like it. He has always been very warm towards me. His girl friend Nia is also too cute and I love her too. Both look so adorable together. Sometimes like a shameless female I feel jealous to see them together. I have never been so selfish like this but I guess my hormonal changes are affecting me now a days.

Nikhil kissed me on my cheeks and handed over my favourtie tomato juice. Nikhil took care of all my food today as I am in strict diet and I always want to maintain my diet, eating healthy, avoiding junk foods and colas.

"Hey pari, whats up dude?"

There came Nia embracing me sideways.

"I am good sweety how are you? how is your preparations going on for the next project?"

Nia excitedly dragged me toward a corner. She is totally a workaholic female just like me. Maybe that's the reason we gel also.

From past one month I am working on an interior project with her and she is damn good in designing. I am just a learner as of now. But she is so humble that she never makes me feel out of place.

Not that I wasnot good at it, I had been a topper in my university but somehow I lacked in confidence. But she always managed to boost me up whenever she got a chance.

"Guess what Khushi, our project has been selected by the most renowned real estate developer of the state. OMG! I am so excited. Khushi! we will be working with Arnav Singh Raizada. Can you imagine?"

After hearing the name I don't know I felt something. But that something I am not able to figure out.

"Arnav Singh Raizada" I muttered under my breadth.

"Khushi, I will be coming today. GGGOD! I am so excited to meet ASR".

I kept on studying each and every expression of Nia, how happy she is. How excitedly she took his name. Looks like he is someone really big. Good. Lagta hai kismaat kuch zada hai meherban hai mujhpe.

Nia hugged me and and then cupped my face. "Khushi I am specially happy for you. After what you have gone through I think god is giving you a very important chance to prove youraself by this collaboration.

Who doesnot know ASR in Mumbai? He is the man.

He has the looks to kill

His attitude towards his work is what makes him most desirable bachelor in town.

And most importantly, he is a gem. He has the greatest heart and the most humble person.

He doesnot have any bad habbits.

He doensot drink

He doesnot smoke

He respects females.

He has the sweetest way of talking.

He is lovely.

In one word he is the perfect prince charming for every girl.

And I am so happy to be associated with his farm.

I heard everything that she told me. Indeed the guy sounds good. Chalo accha laga yeh sunke ki har amir admi ek jaisa nahi hota hai (not all rich person are same and he is an example)

"Hey Nia, come na" Nikhil dragged her towards the crowd.

I sipped my juice.

I saw the lovebirds throwing flying kiss towards me and waving their hands.

They looked too cute together. I prayed to god to give them loads of happiness in life. And I thanked him for making me come across such beautiful people who helped me to forget the worst nightmare of my life.

Suddenly the music stopped and all the girls started screaming loudly. Some of them who were sitting just before me stood up in excitement. I tried to peep thought them but I couldnot. It was too foggy on the dance floor to make out anybody. I tried to search Nikhil and Nia.

I started walking towards the dance floor to let them know that I was feeling a little dizzy and nausea. Till the time I reached the dance floor moving the crowd was there in front of me, I felt a sharp pain in my abdomen. I clutched my belly and tried to balance. I was about to fall when I gripped Nikhil's coat.

He immediately held my waist and balanced me. My vision was a little blur I couldnot make out anything that was there infront of my eyes. I could only sense him picking me up and walking towards the seating area.

He placed me on the sofa and handed over a glass of water.

He held the glass and I drank the entire water. I popped out one anti vomiting medicine and gulped it with the last sip of water.

I held his palm and tired to get up while thanking him.

"I think you should sit here for sometime ma'am".

Then I realized suddenly that it wasnot Nikhil.

I looked up to see who he was and suddenly the disco lights started flashing with the music.

I saw his face, a handsome man of maximum 25 years old with light stubble, and the most majestic smile on his face stood before me.

I was in awe. I have never seen such a handsome man in front of my eyes. He had that aura. My pupils were still on him and his eyes roaming all over my face.

I saw him smirking and then looking down.

I got a little embarrassed.

"Erm! Thanks" I said in a low voice.

"Are you alright now?"

"OMG! ASR what are you doing here?"

He turned to look who it was that's when I saw Nikhil standing behind that man.

"Pari! What happened? Are you ok? You look stressed, you wanna go home sweety?"

"No I am fine Niks, just that I kind of fainted and he saved me from falling".

The man looked at me and said "I think she isn't feeling well, its better you send her home NK".

"Pari, tu ghar ja ok? You came that's more than enough for me".

"No I am fine, really".

"you sure?"

I nodded in approval.

Nikhil clapped his hand and continued'

"Ok. So you guys must have got introduced right?"

The man looked at me and said "well, formal introdiction abhitak nahi huya hai actually".

"Well then let me do the honors".

the man arched his eyebrows and smirked.

I hit Nikhil and asked him to behave.

"Ok ok meri maa, she is my very angel, my pari, Khushi. And Khushi he is ASR.

Nikhil slapped his head and continued, "I mean Arnav Singh Raizada".

My heart missed a bit after listening his name.

"Hi, you can call me Arnav" came the huskiest voice.

I shyly advanced my hand to shake with his.

He held my hand in his.

I felt warmth spread all over my body and soul.

"Nice to meet you Khushi".

I smiled and replied, "same here"
