Mamta starts blasting at Akshay for being so careless and letting Krish get lost like this. Sid quietens her & they all leave. Vandana & Simran are happy that Krish has been found & Vandana comments to Mamta that she is so concerned about someone else's child that she is sure that she would be a wonderful mother. Simran is packing her things & this surprise Mamta. Vandana says she is going abroad for a holiday, but Mamta notices something amiss. Simran says she has been rejected by her love Akshay. At the Akshay's house, everyone is very happy to see Krish back. In his own sweet way Krish tries to say how Mamta saved him. Everyone looks angry on hearing Mamta's name. Akshay defends her saying that she was the one who actually found Krish. Tanisha is angry with Krish being found. Next day Sid proves to the court that Akshay is not a good father or else he would never let Krish be lost. Mamta is not too happy with the argument. Court takes this in Mamta's favour & decides to give custody of Krish to Mamta. Tanisha intervenes before the verdict is pronounced saying that the case is not over. She has a few papers in her hand
