The man who kills each of his wives for 'disobeying' him, and keeps their corpses in a room? Or Little Red Riding Hood, perhaps? The innocent girl about to be 'eaten' by the big bad wolf? (one of the earliest versions had a very grisly description of how the wolf had killed the grandmother). The original Sleeping Beauty mentions rape. Fairytales, indeed. If Raghav/Sia were anything like a fairytale, I'd be scared. Very scared.

3. Yes...society calls a number of women characterless - even rape victims! The same society tells its daughters to go back to abusive husbands, to keep quiet about the sexual abuse they face, watch a little girl get raped in a train without lifting so much as a finger. I don't exactly think they have a right to judge a person's character - esp when a Jhanvi can be judged on the basis of whether she is friends (not even in a relationship until the divorce was done! Friends!) with a man or not, but a Viraaj can flirt with a Priya shortly after his 'beloved' wife's death, or flirt with women in the same house where the woman he considers his wife stays in? Not that I'm surprised. 'Society' has always been that way!
