That's the only real saving grace, the hope she'll finally see the light, even though she's done it before in the show too...she's always giving him cheques!

I loved Arnav in that bro-sis scene...
It was so emotional...the way he asked her to tie him the rakhi..
He is the best brother...

QUOTE=arshiii12]i wish i had a brother like him..loved it

ps:its not about spending his money..its about whom you are spending on..for a man whom she knows her brother hates more than anything

But that's the part she refuses to see! I know, it is hard to find logic behind this whole situation. I could never understand how Anjali could be perfectly okay with both Shyam and Khushi, cause one of them has to be lying. If she takes shyam's word as truth, then how can she be happy that her brother is married to Khushi? It defies all logic. But, when did logic and ipk go together? 😆

The only explanation I have is she is completely dillusional and wants to remain inside her bubble at any cost. Doesn't want think, doesn't want to know. Just want everything same as before. I know a very weak characterization, but what to do. However, i liked the brother-sister scene today after a long time and felt the old warmth was back. I guess it is LM-Arshad magic.

No, it's commendable that a brother wants to look after his sister. (Looking after his mother, however, is his responsibility and duty. The sister has her husband to take care of her, whereas parents have their children in their old age to rely on). But context plays huge role in the situation. Today she used his financial support to pay her husband back for a gift he bought for her. How does that make any sense?? So, essentially, Shyam gave the gift, but Arnav paid for it...If she doesn't want Shyam giving her expensive gifts, then just give it back to him or accept it and daant him, but don't pay him back! That would be emasculating for normal men...

Agree with you. I guess she just treats chote's money as her own. She doesn't differentiate as she most probably always had access to it from the very beginning. Arnav has given her that right.

Completely disillusional about Shyam. . A very weak characterization. Have failed to understand her lately. Would love to see if they eventually bring her out of her bubble and show her as a strong character, because after all she is ASR's sister.

I would love it if Anjali emerges as a strong character after Shyam's true color is revealed.

Most of the ppl do, dear. I myself liked her today after a long time. My guess is, it is the LM-Arshad magic that did the trick.
