I also believe that the fight was started by Manthan becasue all that Nskul was doing was having a verbal fight with Karan. Karan could have handled it or perhaps slapped Nakul himself had the situation gone out of hand. Intervention of manthan was unnecessary. However the way Nakul addressed Ganga (abhorrbale 😡 ) called for a stratight slap on his face. I tell u both these jokers Nakul and manthan need five tight slaps from Tulsi. Only she can straighten all these junglees including Sahil and Tripti as well.
