In other shows I am always like, they are so stupid, how could they fall for that? But here, not so much. Bua actually, as you said yesterday, "artfully" executes her schemes so as to make them untraceable. She manipulates people into doing what she wants, rather than telling them what to do directly. And really, she did the same with Aarti. She must have known that Aarti had escape in the back of her mind somewhere, and she validated all the thoughts that justified this option, and used reverse psychology to make an emotional Aarti recognise what was inside her. Bua doesn't really care if Aarti left because of herself or because of Bua, in the end she wants Aarti gone, whereas for Aarti it remains a matter of pride. I thought that was pretty telling. As for Aarti, I see what she did today as "safe." If Yash didn't accept the baby, she would be none the worse and safely away from further humiliation, but if he does, he knows where to find her.

@anonee: Yash did ask her about her visit to the doctor, immediately after she came back, and she specifically told him she could not tell him about her problem. So why would he have asked to see the file? If anything, Yash should definitely have been more gentle in questioning her and exhibited a more calming attitude, assuring her that whatever it was, he would hear her out. I don't argue that he was putting off the moment, but asking her for the report, I don't think is something that he could have rightly done, given what she herself had told him.
WOW 150 pages already...wonder how many we will go this time
