That's why all creatives need to do research on the topic of their interest! The audience may have been unaware before and such things might have been easily accepted before, but in today's time, with the Internet readily available for research and many viewers being informed, these bloopers need not happen. It only takes less than 10 minutes to do some research on a topic.

On the other hand, the CVs might have focused on the brighter picture of the negligent diagnoses and treatment that doctors make, but I still don't like these inconsistencies. Sadly, it's a part of every show--maybe because they have to focus on so many details that they let these bloopers fly!

The essence of Rashi going through the quickest recovery reflects the priority in the storyline. The focus was on the malpractice leading on to Urmila's revenge.
