Tidbit: Many years ago, Sridevi's mom died in a US hospital when the surgeon operated on the wrong side of the brain. It goes without saying that Sridevi sued the hospital. No wonder her sister tried to fight Sridevi for a share of the money (under a different pretext ofcourse). Hmm it took me this blooper topic to figure it out.Now surgeons mark the location with a pen during the consult prior to any operation. It feels weird. But I would rather look silly, than have a wrong site operated.
