Sandhya is relieved to save so many lives

Ever since the police had informed us that terrorists were planning a major attack in Pushkar, I had sleepless nights. Images of my parents dying in the horrible bomb blasts would just not leave me. I was afraid that once again many innocent lives would be lost due to terrorists attacks.

I cannot fathom that an innocent looking person like Rajkumar would plot these bomb blasts. He came looking for help and Soorajjiand his family gave him shelter and work, thinking he is an honest person. But he used my family's innocence to win them over and then threatened those very members to fulfil his horrible mission.

I began to suspect things were not right when Chaturi disappeared. But I decided that I would not let these terrorists take more lives like they had done with my parents. So I decided to do everything I can to help the police. I stayed alert and notified the police of every small development and eventually we were able to find out the truth.

When I was faced with the tense situation and a bomb in my hands, I had only one thought in my mind, that I cannot let so many innocent people die. So I used my presence of mind and ran to a remote place, away from the crowd and threw it off a cliff. At that point of time, I did not think of saving myself, but only my family and thousands of innocent people. The police finally arrested Rajkumar too.

Ultimately I am relieved that no one was hurt and everyone is safe. The terrorists were unsuccessful in their plan. I would like to share one message, that all of us have the responsibility to be alert citizens and we should fulfil this duty towards our country.
