I think it will be difficult for Yash to accept the child since he considers what happened between him and Aarti to be a sin. The child will be a constant reminder of what happened between him and Aarti. At least maybe for the start until he accept the fact that he loves Aarti and that what they did in Mumbai is not a sin but an act of love.
