Tall and well-built, Iqbal Khan is etched in people's minds as Angad from Kaisa Ye Pyaar Hai. Juggling between the big screen and the small screen, Iqbal was last seen in Sanjog Se Bani Sangini as the lead and Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli in a cameo.
Back on the small screen as the lead in the romantic telefilm Teri Meri Love Stories, Iqbal will woo the audiences with his charm again as he stars in a cute romance opposite Divyanka Tripathi.
While reality shows are ruling the weekends on television, Iqbal has never been part of any reality show. Ask him why and he replies, "I believe in never saying never to anything. But personal life jaisa bhi kuch hota hai. I don't want to show my personal life in front of anyone. Maybe when I don't have any money left and when I know that I will not be able to pay the bills next month, then will I think about being a part of a reality show." Further talking about television and the clutter of new shows as well as new faces on the small screen, he says, "Six-seven years ago, TV was something else. There were selectors earlier. But now what's happening, I don't blame the channels because they have to see the financial aspect."
