Jeevika - Mixed Fruit Mocktail

This is an easy mocktail to make. I generally use oranges and pineapples. First prepare the orange juice in a blender and next the pineapple. Pour them in a glass, add in a dash of lemonade and crushed ice. You can also try this using other interesting fruit combinations. It's not only refreshing but tasty too.

Sandhya - Cucumber Mocktail
I learnt this simple, easy to make mocktail in Singapore when we went for Sooraj ji's competition. All you need is some peeled cucumber, salt, lemon juice and mint syrup. Add a bit of water to this and blend it together. Remember to strain the mixture before serving it with ice. You can also garnish it with mint leaves on the top.

Akshara - Ginger and Lemon Mocktail
These everyday items found in our kitchen can be used to make a nice party drink. I often make this drink for Naitik and Chikki. First extract the juice of ginger, then mix some lemon juice and sugar syrup to it, add a bit of lemonade or sprite and your mocktail is ready. You can also prepare these and chill them in bottles in your refrigerator.

Khushi - Mango Mocktail
I think everyone likes the taste of mangoes and so this would make a delicious mocktail. Even if you don't have mango fruit, you can use any mango juice or pulp available in stores. Take the mango juice and mix a little saffron and sugar. For Arnavji, it will be without sugar of course.
