Hey Friends...in SBB they showd that Nidhi turns a Doctor from an intern...looks like pre-cap is a prank played by Ashu and he declares in front of his staff that Nidhi has turned a Doctor...waise her half internship was already done before marriage...then they showed that when Ashu and Nidhi are on their own in the vabin, Ashu kisses Nidhi on her forehead...wow..it's in serial express of SBB seg...so good times back in KTLK...rejoice all KTLK fans...!

I personally hope that this is not Ashu's bday gift...Isme gift ki kya baat hain - aaj nahi to kal usee intern se doc banna hi hain...Will be disappointed if this was his idea of a birthday gift which he was talking of in the morning...And what is the necissity of playing a prank abt CM's secretary and all just to annouce her end of internship - does not make sense...Lets see what happens today...

Now i wonder whether the PS have enough money to spend on KTLK No promos (somewhere read dat channel has to be paid for dat) n now even the character cant gift anything to his wife😆
