The music that plays in the Jab Tak Hai Jaan Theatrical Trailer seems to be inspired/copied from Gustavo Santaolalla's music score from The Motorcycle Diaries. Shah Rukh Khan is also riding a motorcycle so may be its a tribute/homage 😉
