She didn't leave his hand neither did her hold felt lose it was instead tighter as if encouraging him to go on.

Arnav: I am ARNAV SINGH RAIZADA.

To say khushi was shocked will be an understatement!! But somehow she didn't seem so shocked, if u recall it arnav many times called himself ASR like on the phone the other day when she wanted to talk to NK but dialed his number accidentally and then when she went to his office the receptionist made her go to ASR's room and he was there not akash. She understood what had happened because she herself did the same. But somehow she felt betrayed. Why didn't he tell her the moment she confessed! Did he not trust her then? Was he playing with her emotions, her trust? Was he to be trusted? Why now? But all questions vanished when she replayed his words in her mind

Arnav was patiently observing her, her expressions when she put 2 n 2 together, when she felt betrayed, shocked, confused. It was like her face was an open book for him but much to his surprise she was still holding his hand not letting go or loosening her grip. He knew she must be thinking why now? And that's exactly when he spoke again.

Arnav: I know u must be thinking why now? Why didn't I tell u before when u confessed? But khushi I said this before and I will repeat myself 'don't jump to conclusions' there is a lot more that I have to tell u. please just hear me out.

Khushi was broken down from her thought reverie from arnavs voice, she looked into those deep browns and was drowning in their depth. She could only see sincerity in his words, khushi being associated with a big fetarnity like 'BOLLYWOOD' could easily read people, when they were fake and when they actually meant something. She went through a lot to be highly skilled, the way she was now and she trusted her instinct a lot.

Just when she was about to reply the microphone buzzed and made a weird sound grabbing everyones attention before the speaker spoke.

"speaker: flight no. 304 of emirates is ready for boarding passengers are requested to start seating within 30 minutes"

Arnav: its your choice whether u want to board the flight or not khushi, that is why I chose to tell u now so u could choose.

Khushi was standing between a crossroad, one: to trust him and go to London, two: to run away this instant. But she chose one as she is very professional and she even thought about payal. She had been quite selfish lately putting payal through all the torture and this was her payback to her. No matter how much she wanted to run away. But khushi gupta knew that cowards ran away from problems and she anything but a coward.

Arnav smoothly left khushis hand and started walking towards the counter where akash and payal were waiting for them along with NK who had a worried look on his face. The moment arnav saw the source that had caused the worry he panicked. "how will khushi react to THIS"- he thought.

*during arnav and khushi had left*

Akash: payal!

Payal was startled at first and then she understood, obviously he knew if arnav knew as they were supposed to be best friends according to NK's information.

Payal couldn't reply anything further except for a "HMM" as he approached her slowly removing her glasses from her eyes. He took a wipe from her purse as he knew she carries one due to hygiene and he started removing the make up from under her eyes, the fake brows, the patches on her face and then he silently gestured her to take off her braces, which she obediently took out and through them in the bin. Akash opened her braid and took out the fake braid and let payals hair lose, although they were not that long as of khushis but they were beautifully cut in steps till her shoulder. It complimented her figure and height.

They stood facing towards each other, all the time payal didn't utter a word, she was too scared and was stupefied by his touches. He was so gentle and didn't look at her with disgust or lust even for a minute. He had affection in his eyes. All sorts of flying creatures were creating havoc in payals stomach and her heart was as fast as a speedo train.

Akash: well u know we didn't get on with a good start, its funny because we have been dating, no seeing each other since 5 days yet we haven't met each other. So 'hey im akash malik, arnavs best friend and I work in AR with arnav. I do not have a family as my parents are dead' 'and who are u beautiful lady'?

Akash very casually told her about himself, describing his life in not more than 2 lines. Payal was taken aback at his use of the words 'beautiful lady' but then she had been worried for him the moment she heard he didn't have parents.

She launched herself on him, taking him by surprise as she wound her arms around his neck and clutched him tight as if holding onto her dear life. And within seconds she withdrew herself not giving time for akash to reciprocate the hug.

Payal: im sorry… for… umm.. everything! Hi im payal bajaj, I am khushis best friend as u know obviously by our very own chatter box NK!

Akash: u don't need to say sorry for anything payal, it was from both sides, we're even, trust me!

Payal: im also sorry about your parents and-

Akash: oh THAT! Never mind, I was very young and plus my family is arnavs family so don't feel bad for me please, im not that much of a damsel in distress *he winked at her*

She knew all this was to lighten her mood, payal would never imagine her life without her parents, she always felt bad for khushi and now akash too.

Payal: well does this mean I can change out of these?

Akash: hehe sure please, I wud love to see u out of these…

*current time*

Khushi sat on the far end chair with her mind already made up! She was going and that was for sure.

She walked to where everyone was standing, arnav tactfully covering payal by standing infront of her, he knew khushi had dealt with many pleasant and unpleasant surprises today, but surely this one is going to be the biggest.

He turned and spoke to khushi.

Arnav: whats ur decision?

Khushi: im coming!

Words didn't need to be said arnav knew she was mad and wont forgive him soon but atleast he will get to protect her and that's all he wanted right now.

Khushi was relieved when arnav didn't ask much and silently drifted towards akash revealing payal!

DAMN THE PERFECT 'O' WAS BACK- thought arnav!

Payal had her eyes downcast she couldn't meet khushis eyes, she felt as if she betrayed her. But khushis response scared her as well as anav as well as akash!

They expected anything but not THIS!

NK: jalebi.

One moment khushi had her both hands on her perfect 'o' clearly not breathing and the next she ran and gave payal a bear hug.

Khushi: im so so so ssorry peej, im the worst friend ever but trust me I love u.

If anyone saw them from afar they wud think nk, akash, arnav were crack pots the way they were gapping at the image infront of them and they would also think khushi and payal were lesbians hugging each other and crying and say 'I love u' as if it were stuck on a tape recorder.

Payal: oh come on khush, we r patners in crime. U have always been there for me khush and now its my turn so..shut ur stupid over worked brain for once and let me take lead, I am 4 months older then u which gives me more authority. Got it miss gupta? *she asked with fake anger*

Khushi: yes miss bajaj, ur slave is at ur service ALWAYS!

NK: hey then what am i???

Khushi and payal said together: OUR POODLE!

Everyone started laughing and NK pouted with puppy dog eyes.

Akash: bro, u do look like one too… sho cute hun, id turn gay for u..

Nk: stop it guys, and akash I wud turn gay for u too if u weren't taken.

At this statement payal blushed a crimson and khushi was nudging her totally enjoying the taunting as if they were teenagers and just caught their friends secrete relationship.

Arnav was well 'characteristically' quite but still his silence was bugging khushi.

'what did he mean by there is a lot more that he has to tell me' – khushi thought

They were in the plane now and NK got a call due to which his face lit up a 1000 watts.

NK: lav, im on my way will each London in 8 hours.

Lavanya: im so excited NK.. is ar-

NK: yes he is coming too.

Lavanya: I cant wait any longer, I will come to pick u guys up ok! See u at the airport.. bubyee.

Nk: bubyee.

'my arnavs coming to London eeeppp' – lavanya thought

Khushi was looking for her seat when she saw her seat was next to arnavs who was looking at her as if reading her every damn expression. She raised an eyebrow questioning him.

Arnav: umm… before… before we! * he breathed in and out and then replied* I had to get payal and akash seated together, NK came before me so his seat is far from ours.. sooo u kind of have no choice.

Khushi shivered at his confidence, she wanted payal and akash to sit together and NK would never take a window seat due to his bladder issue 'uff NK I HATE U' – Khushi cursed him in her brain. And seeing arnav so adamant on not leaving her alone she had no choice but to sit next to him.

'THIS IS GOING TO BE A LONG FLIGHT' – thought arnav and khushi!!!

Ok guys this is a veryyy long update! A lot of things happening, I didn't put anahita and garima yet because I want to concentrate on these characters at the moment! Yes lavanya is a new character I brought in. and yes she is waiting for 'her' arnav. Now lets see how the story unfolds!!!

Sorry for the late delay, u all know my sister was in town but she left today and from now on u will get frequent updates!!
