UMA DEVI : At these times do women like uma devi exist...? her love for her husband was apparent, the need to have a father for her child was apparent, what baffeled most was even at the hands of extreme abuse was her willingness to stay as ramvrikshs second wife. she lived against all odds and finally truth prevailed and yet after many years she was more than happy to be called his wife.
RAM VRIKHSHS SECOND WIFE: why do such women exist? she was beautiful and a widow, why did she run after a married man and ruin his family, she could have easily found another match, and lived happily, what did she gain from disrupting uma devis and ramvrikhshs life?
RAM VRIKHSH: an empty headed guy who couldnt see or think beyond his bhabis advances, who thought the influence of power and money was enough to rule the world, also one of those men who still think boys are superior to girls, the ironic part was and to an extent humorous was how he was forced to admit that he was uma devis husband for the fear of allegation of rape!!!!...thank god he didnt know about dna testing or its centre, otherwise he and his allies would have reached there with a big bag of money ...( well this is just a joke, bcos may be its a prsestgious centre and hopefully no corruption takes place there.)
UMA DEVIS DAUGHTER: education emancipated her, with the help of others she established her identity...
Question is, is it important to prove ones identity?,is it needed to prove a persons biological father, or mother...? ...issues to think about...? why didnt uma devi just leave this man and go away, or why did muniya want to know her father...?
The touching part of the story was when the lady lawyer asked uma devi if she had any thing to prove that she was his wife, and so innocently she showed her red bangles and clothes which she got from her in laws house at her wedding, if i was there, i would have given uma devi a hug...
