Mahen is a businessman who is selfish and arrogant. Mahen wishes to be a politician to help him in business. He is a very calculative man. Jaya Bhattacharya as Chandana (Aryaman's wife) Chandana's husband has left the house and has never come back and so is frustrated thinking about her children. She wants her son Ayush to join the family business and for the same reason she is with Nikhila and does whatever she says. She loves her son and wishes all the good things in life to happen to him, like any other mother. Karan Patel as Ayush (Aryaman and Chandana's son) Ayush is a simple but very ambitious boy. He is frank and straight forward. He studies Management, because his mother wants him to. He hates his father as he knows about his relations. He shares an intense relationship with his mother. Gitanjali Tikekar as Maaya (Mahen's sister) Prajwal's wife is the only sister of Mahen and she is the typical sister-in-law (Nanad). She wants her son to get a share in the family property. She changes her views where she feels she has a better opportunity. She thinks that daughters too have an equal share in the parents' property. Delnaaz Paul as Pramila Pramila is a positive character in the family. She is very possessive about her husband. Roopa Ganguly as Sugna (Divorcee, Socialite, Writer) Sugna is a well known successful writer, popular for writing on scandalous subjects and socially relevant issues. She is a woman of aura and is married to a very successful professor, they both live separately as they have strong personalities and different ambitions. Sugna is very ambitious when it comes to career but at the same time she is a woman of character who has devoted her life for upbringing of children and family. She lives her life without any regrets and wishes the same for her children, allowing them to grow as an individual with independent personality. |
