Hi guys. Was feeling bored. So came up with my thoughts of how I would have liked the Kanpur track to turn. I do not know how this is gonna end up. It's purely imagination! This is my first attempt at writing here. Hope you guys like it, and do excuse the errors. And I know, the title is hilarious. I could not come up with anything better. LOL

"And guess what Anant! The girl is a Bajpai" Her cheeks went deep red as she wrote this. Navya was stuck in Kanpur. Her mom had her own idea of separating the two madly-in-love birds. Navya who had initially decided to follow her mother's instructions and perhaps, forget her love, had now changed her mind. She was not gonna give up on her love so easily. She had promised to write a letter to Anant about the happenings of her day, everyday, and so had he.
Meanwhile Anant was pacing across his room, furious, irritated, mad, at himself! How did he not know that the wedding was to be held at Kanpur? Why did he not think it necessary to find out about the venue? "Ah, I'm the biggest idiot on this planet, bhai. I refused to attend the same wedding, which my Navya would also be attending. How could I be so dumb, bhai?" Mohan tried to calm him down, though he very well knew, nothing could be done now, or maybe?
"I am gonna talk to Baba" Anant announced to his brother, only to get a weak smile from him.
"And say what? That you are gonna meet the love of your life?" "Dande padenge!" Mohan said.
"Woh sab mujhe nahi pata. Mujhe bas itna pata hai, ki main apni Navya se milke hi rahunga." Anant was determined this time, and Mohan liked his brother's will power."Go for it then, brother!"
Anant had to come up with some excuse to get to Kanpur. He went to Baba and said "Baba, bhai ne mujhe samjhaya ki jab sab log ja rahe hain, to mujhe bhi aana chahiye. Aur raha sawaal mere kaam ka to woh to chalta rahega. Maine Mr.Gupta se baat kar li hai, unhone kaha ki woh mera kaam sambhal lenge. Toh Baba, Kanpur chalein?" He was hoping for a yes, and when Baba smiled, Anant's joy knew no bounds.
"I am coming Navya, can't wait to see you there" Anant wrote in his final letter before his flight took off.
Navya was restless in Kanpur. She would remember Anant, accompany her little cousins to the market, help Tayji in cooking, sort out the gifts to be distributed to relatives for the wedding, have a little philosophical discussion with Daadi, and Oh yes! remember Anant. Well, that's what she was doing for the past few days.
Finally the wedding was here. The Haldi ceremony was over. Navya was not at all in the mood to celebrate, but she had to be happy, or atleast pretend to.
"TRING TRING" It was Ritz. "Navya, how have you been? Busy with the wedding?"
"Um, yeah. Today's is the sangeet ceremony. Par mera yahan bilkul man hi nahi lag raha. Main uss din ka intezar kar rahi hoon jab main tum sab ke paas vapas aa sakoon. Waise tum sab kaise ho? Aur Anant kaisa hai?"
"Hum sab theek hain. Anant toh Dilli chala gaya hai yaar apni behen ki shaadi mein. Meri usse teen din pehle baat hui thi. Bada khush lag raha tha" Ritz said trying not to giggle. She had promised Anant not to tell Navya about his coming to Kanpur.
"Accha? Khush? Yahan main uski yaad mein royi jaa rahi hoon, aur wahan woh mister, khushiyan mana raha hai? Dekh loongi usko jab wapas lautungi" Navya said. "Chal take care, yahan thoda kaam hai. Main tujhe baad mein call karti hoon."
Anant had arrived at the venue with his family. He was looking dashing in the black suit with red shirt. His eyes were looking for that one innocent face, his angel, his love, his life, Navya. But she was not to be seen.
"Navya jaldi kar. Der ho..." Meeta stopped when she saw what she saw. It was her little daughter. "Navya tu itni badi kab ho gayi? Aaj tu itni pyari lag rahi hai. Tujhe kisi ki nazar na lage" Navya looked drop dead gorgeous in her blue lehenga, teamed up with a golden dupatta hanging by her side, a nice pair of golden jhumkas and anklets. Meeta had told Navya to stay away from Anant. She was initially very stern with her, but now, assuming Navya to have forgotten him, had come back to her normal self. "Thanks maa, chalo chalte hain" Navya said, smiling.
Anant went to get a a glass of water for Buadadi. Her demands don't seem to end at all, he thought, irritated. He turned, and then, time froze. There was silence, with a faint sound of violins playing. She was there, right in front of him.
"Navya!" He exclaimed.
