She stood up looking at the doctor blankly. Her eyes were weak, dry and her skin had lost its colour. Her life was overshadowed by darkness. She walked behind the doctor calmly just hoping for the best. The doctor sat her down and poured her a glass of water "Here you are Mrs Bajpai!" she was in her own world. The doctor gave her a strange look. He clicked his fingers in front of her and she finally came out of her senses. "Mrs Bajpai have some water!" he passed her the glass of water and she sipped a bit slowly but her attention was drawn to the thick file which had Anant's name on it. The doctor opened all the files and closely examined them. He looked at Navya with apprehension in his eyes and worry. Navya looked at him with hope. "Doctor, can you tell me what's wrong?" he locked his fingers together and pulled himself forward. "Mrs Bajpai... as you know Anant has had internal bleeding spread through his whole brain and if it continues then it could be a great risk to the patient and could cause comas, seizures and strokes so it is important for this to happen!" the doctor paused for a few minutes to see her reaction. "Doctor, kya Anant is operation se puri tareke se theek hojayenga?" Navya's eyes were streaming with tears. The doctor looked at her blankly "Mrs Bajpai I have said before that the chances of Anant recovering completly is 50,50 he may recover completly or he may go into a coma we dont know how his body will react to the medication but this is needed otherwise he may even..." she glanced over at the window where Anant was laying and she prayed for his recovery. She looked at him shocked "Kya doctor?" she stood up in tears. "Mrs Bajpai please calm down I will explain the full procedure, just take a seat!" the doctor made her sit down. Her heart beat was increasing. "Dekho Mrs Bajpai, I will tell you everything, before the surgery the hair on part of the scalp will be shaved because we will make a surgical cut through his scalp, the location of the cut will depend on where internal bleeding has spread too!" Navya's hands were shaking already and he hadn't told her about the main procedure. "Then we will create a hole in his skull and remove a piece of bone and if it is possible there will be a tube inserted through their with an endoscope which is light and camera so we can see what we are doing. Before we operate we have to do an MRI scan and I have the X ray scans of that!" Navya looked down to see the file in his hand. He stood up and hung them up on the wall so Navya could see. She slowly stood up so she could look closely at the scans. "Mrs Bajpai, these are Anant's scans and we can clearly see that the blood has travelled all the way round his brain, we are going to have to insert a hole in the left hand side of his skull as this is the most recommended if there is heavy internal bleeding!" Navya was in anguish. All of this was too much for her. "Mrs Bajpai, are you getting all of this?" she gently nodded. "Doctor, will Anant recover that is all I want to know?!" Navya was dead set to know what would happen to him. She wanted to make sure that he would get better. "Mrs Bajpai, it is really not very clear to tell now, we can only know when we operate on him, but there is one thing certain his chances are low, due to heavy internal bleeding it is going to be very difficult for him!" her world came crashing down again. There was no more strength left in her. Her head was spinning. Mainly due to the tension and lack of nutrition. She held the spinning chair, and held her forehead to support herself. The doctor held onto her "Mrs Bajpai are you okay?" he sat her down and then gave her some water. "Mrs Bajpai, are you okay?" she was looking at him but her eyes were going fuzzy. She fell on the table flat face and was unconscious. The doctor called the nurse and they bought an operating table so she can lay on it. They bought her out and Ritz, Appy and Ranbir were shocked. "Navya!" Ritz and Appy shouted. "Doctor saab Navya ko kya hogaya? Woh theek to hai na?" Ritz held Navya's cheek and she started crying. The doctor's took her into a room to check her up. "Pata nahin Appy hamari Navya aur Anant ki zindagi me kesa maur aagaya, un dono ki khushi par kisi ki nazar lag gaye hai... Bhagwanji unki Jodi ko salamat rakhe bas woh ek duje ke bina bilkul adhoora hai!" Appy hugged Ritz and calmed her down. The two friends watched Navya through the window getting her blood pressure, sugar and temperature checked. They had their hands folded just hoping that everything will be fine.
Precap: Anant going in for surgery a note fell out of his pocket as he was drawn in, it fell near Navya's feet. Her eyes clasped on it.
