I think Shahana plays Kareena's friend or something in Heroine. The prostitute bit seems like they are on a movie set or something... unless a prostitute becomes an actress and that's the story of the movie.. who knows. 😆 but i doubt it is.. because she talks about awards/critics in her prostitute get up.
