I know that the termination of pregnency by Jeevika is a very emotional and sensitive issue taken after long delibration and it would have surely hurted any mother/father duo to end a pre-mature life, my question is that whether such termination is legal under indian Laws or not ??
As per my understanding, according to 'Medical termination of Pregnency Act,1971"in India , there is no provision to terminate a pregnancy to eb able to donate or help any other person.
I hope that, i have missed some ruling, coz it would seem very odd for a eminient lawyer to be unaware of such law. Also it may impart wrong information among the viewers at large.

it's just a TV Serial...we don't need to take it seriously...but yes as it is shown to the public..it may give a wrong message...but understand the current track...jeevika's sister is in need of bone marrow...!!! if not she may die...so no law can give any person a chance to die...
i hope u understand what i mean to say...
