yup...he is shattered and heartbroken...and it does affect him so much that siddhi is with another man...look at the speed instead of getting drunk...kunal went straight to the event site to enquire abt siddhi's relationship status with the event organiser...this shows that kunal is madly in love with siddhi and he can't tolerate to see anyone near siddhi...if even anand SR is alive...it will also affect him afterall he is a human...a passionate lover

kunal have hidden all his pain in his heart...he will never share with it to anyone neither with seema nor his clowns...he does not even share with his own blood and flesh AC...his feelings...his emotions only comes out when he is drunk...currently he has been handling it very maturely due to AC...though it pretends infront of the clowns...but deep down he was hurt...shattered and heartbroken...but circumstances made him strong...but i agree how long will he hide it...one day he has to open up his pain...he will have a outburst with siddhi...but i hope when this outburst happens...he is drunk...becos whenever he is drunk the way he express his love and pain for siddhi just touches my heart...
The outpouring of his emotions would be a treat to watch..
