Pallo, I appreciate your honesty.

Will all due respect to my Pakistani friends on the forum, I just have one question to ask (to everyone).

I have noticed a lot of YouTube wars, back and forth, commenting how India is a loser and how Pakistanis rock Bollywood and all.

In many cases, I have seen Pakistani individuals diss India for being a wuss to give a chance to Pakistani artistes and how Pakistanis artistes are so much better than Indian artistes, blah blah blah. It then transitions from talent to skin color to poverty to religion to every freaking thing under the sun.

The question is: Where is gratitude in this case? I don't remember Pakistanis inviting Indian stars to their platform to perform on a grand scale.

Ek saahab ne to kaha tha Bollywood is ruled by Pakistanis. The last time I checked, Amitabh, SRK, Aamir, Salman, the Kapoors, Shreya, Sunidhi, who ruled Bollywood for years were all Indians.

It highly offends me to deal with such people. But you know, it's a free world, how long can you refute.

OK. End of rant.

I think it's very unfair to back up all that your saying based on youtube comments. Everyone scrolls through youtube comments all the time..and people who argue there either have a whole lot of time on their hands or are mere internet warriors who say a lot behind a mere computer screen but in reality are losers. I've seen Pakistani & Indians BOTH have a go at each other all the time on youtube, and it's always over something ridiculous. So to single out just Pakistanis for talking smack on youtube, is unfair.

On top of that..there are rotten apples everywhere. Imran Abbas isn't even the best actor we have in Pakistan..and what he said was highly inappropriate, but then again there are people like that on both sides. People like Atif Aslam or Ali Zafar do show their appreciation towards India and the people they have worked with to showcase their talent..and then you'll come across people who seem arrogant etc..but like I said, you find such people everywhere.

Moreover, Pakistan's film industry is no where near what bollywood is. Pakistani actors/actresses themselves don't like working for Pakistani films since they aren't up to the mark except one or two..so why would a bollywood actor/actress be invited or even choose to do films where they won't get paid as well etc etc? India has more opportunities in showbiz..I'm sure if Pakistan had as many then artists from India would be seen more so in Pakistan. & Pakistan television producers have created many drama serials with Indian actors & actresses countless times...that's something we can produce very well - television shows...however, the Indian public isn't as aware about Pakistani shows because they don't air in India..yet Pakistan does show Indian shows in Pakistan.

And, no I've seen Indians singers such as Kailash Kher, Sonu Nigam, Alka Yagnik, Kumar Sanu etc come to Pakistan to perform...,they've had live concerts. .obviously it's because they've been invited and the people of Pakistan would like to see them perform live...no? Sanu & Yagnik came recently merely a month or two ago as I saw Alka being interviewed on a morning show.

After talking shit about BW and its heroines, he's going to be working in this industry itself? Some hypocrite he is. Damn it, I wish I could find the link to his interview which I posted a few months ago.

We are talking about people, not actors. Anyway, as I said, it's a free world. You can't refute beyond a limit. Bollywood is open for all - even for those who sit behind their screens and act smart.

@ Xaffron: If you're talking about the people, well .then I think we all know that youtube comments don't depict much. People are always fighting over pointless things..but to single out just one group is unfair. Also, I think if the actors/actresses/singers etc are appreciative for the opportunities they receive..then, that's more than enough.

..and we all have the tendency to act smart/clever behind a computer screen, regardless. :)

No yaar. Not at all. I have nothing to add. If I say anything beyond that, it will end up offending people. 😃

All I wanted to say is, it would be good if certain - and I repeat certain - people would show their appreciation toward India and Bollywood for the chance it gives to their talents. Warna bhai, is duniya mein kaun kisko poochhta hai. 😃
