I actually thought that too...

It makes sense because it would give Sandhya a chance to get back into IPS mode...and through that, maybe she'll finally be able to reveal her dreams of becoming an IPS officer.

Looks like I was right... Raj Kumar is a terrorist... Another thought... he must have saved Chaturi..

After him knowing that Chaturi knows is truth he followed her and when he saw the accident in temple he kidnappened her...
