Deepika-Salman pair up for KICK

If everything goes well then Deepika Padukone might be paired opposite Salman Khan in Sajid Nadiaswala's directorial debut Kick. It is learnt that Deepika who shares a good work relationship with Sajid (Housefull) is very keen on working with Salman and has sent him strong feelers through her management.

Even though Sonakshi Sinha and Angela Johnson were some of the names doing the rounds, there is a strong possibility that the Cocktail actress might nab the role. While she's worked with Shah Rukh in her debut film Om Shanti Om and might be seen once again opposite him in Rohit Shetty's Chennai Express, Salman has always been on her wishlist.

Also the success of Cocktail has helped Deepika in pitching herself more confidently for the project which will have a mammoth budget. With Nadiadwala going all out to ensure the film breaks previous records of Salman, it is no surprise why Deepika is being so desperate to be part of the film.

Shirish isn't directing this movie. He most likely got the Kick. But Salman playing the nice and telling media, he left the project to save hi career. Also, Sajid Nadiawala who has produced some big hits from Waqt Hamara Hai, Har Dil Jo Pyaar Karega, Judwaa, Jeet, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Heyy Babyy, Housefull series, Anjaana Anjaani and Kambakht Ishq.

He is turning director for the first time. This movie sounds good and they are planning to shoot it in South Korea

Race 2, Rajni film & YJHD have already started and will soon be finished by end of the year.
