Geet beamed with happiness, and looked at Maan who was giving her a stupid look, she frowned, he smiled, she gave him a confused look, he grinned, she looked at him doubtfully, his grin broadened, she stepped back without averting her gaze, he stepped forward, she wanted to run away but why she could not understand, he held her wrist fore sighting her next move, she blurted

G: what happened?

he did not reply but tightened his grip on her wrist

G: Maan you are frightening me

M: I told you, you are a jhalli

and he left her hand and also the room, he stood there dumb found, and after a few seconds said to her self, Geet tu sach jhalli hain

he was just standing out there as soon as she spoke the words he peeped in and said, dekha I told you so and winked, before she could react he went away laughing.

Daadi who was passing by felt at peace when she saw his bright shining eyes and serene face, she knew only Geet is the right dulhan for him, now only thing is she has to wait till he realizes that she too loves him.
