Why Bani wants Jai's property!

I was thinking that she might have got to know about Jigz and Ranveer's plan about taking over Jai's property, and therefore she wants to get it transferred in her name first so that Ranveer & co can't get it..

Cause if Bani becomes the owner of Jai's property then Jai's sign on the documents doesn't matter anymore! since the money isn't his anymore..

And that's also why she wants the divorce to be completed fast so that the money is transferred in her name before Ranveer gets his hand on the money!😊
