Teri Meri Love Story...
Sometimes love does not enter one's life like a whirlpool taking them by surprise, at times love is not looking into someone eyes and getting lost. Sometimes the wind does not play or music starts in the background when you meet the one. Love isn't always firework brightening up your skies. You don't always trip-fall-catch to literally fall in love. Love doesn't always enter with big red signs, at times it leaves subtle hints along waiting for you to accept it.
At times love enters slowly, taking time to grow and make a place in your heart. It's like the first drop of the rain that caresses you but you are not sure whether it has come. Like the gentle smile that spreads unknowingly on face when you see a baby smile. You may not even realize the slow invasion that is taking place, how that person starts to occupy your thoughts, slowly taking over your mind and heart. You go on living not realizing how important that person has become to you until they are suddenly taken away from you. It's then when you don't have them any longer, or the fear of not being close to them again seeps in that you realize what you feel for them.
Something similar happened for Neeti; the realization of being away from Akash made her understand how important he was to her. She realized what she was about to lose and she didn't wanted to. The realization came like a jolt making her see how over the years with his kindness and love Akash had made a place in her heart, had won her over; had made her fall in love with him.
For Akash, Neeti was his first and true love. He loved her selflessly, with his whole heart but it was not the same for Neeti. For her...love came softly.
Akash loved her that's why he set her free; he knew bounding her in a meaningless relationship was not fair to anyone. For him her happiness mattered more than anything. That showed Neeti what love truly is- Love is not selfish to destroy someone's home to make your own. Love does not demand; love gives. And that is what Akash did; he gave her happiness and love. He let her go so she could make her own decision.
And she did make the decision. She chose to come back to him because she had realized her feelings for him. She loved Akash.
Their love story was always there just hidden somewhere under the confused feelings, unsaid words and holding onto the past. It only needed a push of fear and hint of the times to be lost to make it blossom.
From the start it I was made to believe it was Vivaan and Neeti's love story but I saw Akash and Neeti's love story. It was Akash and Neeti's journey about losing and discovering love; trusting, learning through mistakes and growing together.
It was Akash and Neeti's love story.
PS. Ajay and Jenny looked cute together, wished they had more scenes. Both are fabulous actors and believe they have done their best given the short time and weak script. Hoping to see more of them in future.
PPS. Clearly everyone is quite disappointed with this tele-film but we can find something positive in it right? A little love here would be appreciated. 😛
