I believe in ARVI ...
This may be a strong indication that I am living in a fool's paradise, far from the reality of the PR world, maybe naively optimistic, foolishly idealistic, underestimating our estimeed CV's crap capability, but I believe strongly in Arjun and Purvi and the love they have for each other ( I do know this is just a story and not real :) )...
Despite the stories/articles circulating around causing havoc in our minds, despite the insipid Arjun-Purvi scenes that we have been subjected to recently (today's was halfway decent, even though filmi), despite our dread of the separation that has made us panic at every step, I believe that Arjun and Purvi will survive the next few days without any major mishaps.
The CC I and CC II combo might look deadly, but will not ultimately succeed in separating Arjun and Purvi. I would have believed that it would have worked in the initial stages of their relationship, right after their confessions, but NOT now. They have evolved much more in their relationship and they are at a stage that such mundane thoughts of separation will not and should not occur to either of them.
Yes, the venue is outside Punni's house, so that CC I can have the emotional meltdown, Archana can have her crying jag, Purvi can listen in to all and have a guilt trip. But, will Purvi give up Arjun for this, dont think so. Even if Purvi was foolish enough to do this, how can all of you believe that Arjun will accept it just like that. It doesnt matter if she discusses this with him or tries to alieanate him from now on. This for me is incomprehensible and will not accept it until I see it happen. Even if Purvi decides to give up Arjun, how can she guarantee that Arjun will accept Ovi. It is just ridiculous. You cannot make anyone love or accept someone else just because you want to be Mahaan. Atleast, the Purvi we knew, is smart enough to realize this.
All Purvi said was she will stop the divorce, but not give Archana her children back to her. Giving her children back to her does not gurantee a stop to the divorce. these two are not linked that way. The money, sachin, savitha angle still remains in place. If Archana is foolish enough to believe that accepting Ovi's condition will give her, her daughters back, she is living in a much more foolish world than me. I dont think she will, for now, she firmly believes that Arjun loves Purvi and Ovi will never be happy even if she gets him this way. I expect her to say it back to Ovi, if she doesnt, she gets back to Archana Aunty for me. As far as I know of Archana, I think, for her love conquers all...
What I suspect may happen, is that Purvi, once she knows that Vishnu is Archana's son, might get sympathetic to him and will not give a negative testimony against him. Which is the reason, I think, that the court date is postponed for 10 more days. This might cause some tension between Arjun and Purvi, but still does not mean a separation, by any extent.
All said and done, I could be totally off track and this will totally bomb on me..and I will end up looking like a fool :).. I am OK with that...š
But, for TODAY, I stick to this...
