OK so the new plan is to change Anjalis NIVARAK as in preventive medicines to something harmfull for her and the baby. Now actually whoever was doing it on Shyamus behalf actually changed ASRs diabetic medicines .

Trust me this is the truth.

Anjali and the babies are fine . Actually they are healthy and HENCE THE BABY BUMP.

Arnav on the other hand seems completely changed. I MEAN I COULD NOT RECOGNIZE HIM TODAY.

Who was that smiley shy man ?

I am sure now that Shyams plan flopped and his medicines actually changed Arnav instead of Anjali.

SO ANOTHER PLAN FLOPPED

Shyam is obsessed with trying to kill Anjali only on wedding days he tries to do the same at PaYash wedding as well.

Yes.Now he has to be caught red handed in order to be permanently thrown out of RM and Anjalis life.

In of the previous episodes Arnav doubted Anjali's new medicines but she said that the doctor recommended them to her! Shyam is changing Anjali's medicines not Arnav's. Besides if Arnav doesn't take his diabetes medicine everyday, he faints! Remember, he fainted two times!
