Um haven't made a topic in a while but couldn't resist (fingers crossed it don't get closed LOL however I have seen multiple topics on same TF so I am hoping me opening one is okay as well). First off the whole concept of TMLS is just fab I am so THANKFUL to whoever came up with it ((: I have watched all three TFs so far BUT I won't compare because anything I say even if it's right it will be taken as bias so I will just concentrate on my fav's TF. Let me get one thing out of the way OMG KAYESSGEEE it was SUCH A BLISS to see you back on screen <33

That being said the telefilm itself was just BEAUTIFUL! It was simple, serene and close to reality (usually I don't like having reality interfere with my fantasy world but it was done really well in this TF). First thing that made me LOVE this TF was that the KIDS were major part of this TF and weren't used as mere props. It was SO endearing to see Raghu&Simran's equation with their kids ❤️ I always wanted to see KSG play a father and my wish got fulfilled LOL.

The subject they worked with was VERY close to reality and that's what made me relate to the whole thing even more. Being a kid of divorced parents, I felt that emotional connection with them (R Akku and even the bitchy ex <3). Everything that was portrayed .. from being torn between what's right and your love for your child to being helpless in front of a judge or wife begging for time that you can spend with your kid .. AH it was all just I don't even know the right adjective to define it.

Karan portrayed his character as a father SO WELL! I loved how his character felt so helpless and yet he kept trying .. he felt like a loser but his love for his daughter made him wanna be with her even though he KNEW that he couldn't afford to give her a cozy and good life but still he yearned for his partner <3
Akku was so CUTE! I will be honest when I saw the promos I felt she was gonna be bratty and annoying but GAH she won me over 😆 I absolutely loved how she FINALLY spoke up to her mother during the speech time and told her that FOR HER, her dad isn't a loser and no matter how her mom feels for a daughter .. her loving father will be always be a HERO!

Simran's problem was just kadjfkjsfs it reminded me of DMG 2 though her husband was more of a kameena but her patni line made me wanna bang my head 🤣 but THANK GOD it wasn't stretched too much. Her problem again was something so real I am sure there are many couples in this world who are together just for the sake of kids (I have examples in front of my eyes .. dayum I sound like I come from such an emo family 🤣 anyway ..) I loved the transition her character made!

The thing I appreciated the MOST about this track was that it got the equal recognition as Raghu's track .. CVs are known to have soft corner for their lead male characters and at times focus too much on one lead LOL but I am glad they showed her problems, her feelings and HER TRANSITION that too thanks to Raghu <3
Her equation with her son was adorable! Even though what she was doing was wrong .. making her son live in a bubble giving him cards and etc but still she had his best interest at heart. I absolutely loved the scene where she gives him a card but it's from her and not his dad for the first time.

CHEMISTRYYY and the LOVE STORYYY of Raghu and Simran was VERY subtle and simple which I loved .. don't get me wrong I love hormonal sexy scenes as much as the next indian soap phangurl but sometimes they are JUST NOT NEEDED! Sometimes the chemistry and the dialogues and the journey of two characters is suffice to feel the love between them (: I am so glad they didnt do OTT scenes with them .. Their love was about being there for each other .. together against the world. They both made each other realize things that they couldn't own up to on their own and IDK what's more romantic than that .. it might not be HAWWT and SEXY in the traditional sense but love doesn't have to be all about that hot factor.

Anita and KSG were PERFECT choice for these characters and I am so glad they were cast together. They looked good together, they complimented each other's acting and all in all they were just 😍 I wish we could see more of them :$ GAH
Individually their acting was JUST AMAZING! KayEssGee man if I thought watching this TF was gonna make things any easier .. BOY WAS I WRONG -_- SOMEONE bring this darn boy back onscreen :( I miss </3 Though I am so glad he rejected the shows he got offered LOL but phir bhi come back dude with something super amazing like this! You are the only guy who can make me cry, laugh, fall in love and all that good stuff <3
Anita was great as well I loved her in this TF .. I won't go over the top about her because I haven't seen much of her and I ain't gonna phangurl over her just because my fav was opposite her but this girl has some great acting skills and amazing chemistry with KSG!

Lastly the songs they used were FABULOUS! They went SO WELL with the TF I loved it! Especially gale laga le zindagi <3 ALSO the pace of the TF didn't seem rushed whatsoever and I am so glad about that because I was concerned about that LOL Also the TF was edited and shot so well! All in all I am so glad this is the TF KSG ended up doing and definitely it was worth the wait and worth all the promotion STARPLUS did (;

Sahar i'm happy u made the topic :) and It should not be closed coz its more abt the TF and the actors performance and the whole CVz performance so it shouldnt be closed :D I agree The concept of TMLS was amazing thanx SP for sparing us watching daily dramas and coming up wid this beautiful journey of short telefilms lovestories :) Words cant describe the feeling of seeing him back after 2 freaking years :|

I agree the TF was indeed beautiful :D The scenes, the emotions every bit of the TF was brillaintly done.. shows cinevistaas has worked hardd on this :D Raghu and Simranz relation wid their kids were LOVE :| and KSG any how fulfill all our wishes even if we have 2 wait but he always fulfills them :D

I ahve to agree watching promo i dint realize this gal can be soo good Her every dialouge expressions were bang on and she dint do anything over the top :P bothe the kids did a fabbb job :| akkus Love for Her father and yet understading the situation and staying back wid her mom The emos the transition of the scenes were damnnn good Kuddos to the director and the bachi :|

ahhh i have to agreee The equation of bunty and Simran was sooo adorable and How bunty used 2 complement her :) and He knew his mom was keeoping him in a bubble world yet for his moms happiness he was quite and accepted everything happily...for them both were each others support when the Guy left them alone :|

Gos what can i say the chemistry wasss Soo soo good...This TF prioved u dont need mushy scenes to show chemistry and all couples dont need 2 be sizzling or whatsoever Raghu Simran as a jodi was BLISS :| their love for each other spoke volumes when they were chup :P and even when they were talking abt life :) I love how the TF showed them falling in love slowly slowly with each passing moments :) the bond they shared coz of the emotions for kids for what being i life wasss nicely portrayed kudos to the CVz and director :P

I agree They complimented each other soo well :) and I'm glad they chose anita for teh character 2 play :D i want moreee /sighhh and karan Anitas chemistry their comfort level was visible No awkwardness thats how 2 professionals actors should work :D

I agreee TF just made me crave for watching himmm Moreee on mys creen :| He is tooo briliant and I love the fact he lives the charactyer He plays 1st Armaan then PKM and Now Raghuvir Singh :D He is the only actor who actually made me laugh cry and go through every emotions by playing each character sooo convincingly and commendably

Anita is an amzing actress...She has all the qualities of what an actor should have :) All the Luck to for her future projects and just like u said just coz she was paired opp my fav i wont goo OTT as well but She was brilliant <3

P.S NOw i wud love to add :D Love the starting KSG was looking droolable and expressions were <3 And Simrans entry wasss nice too with the bachaa teheee...The Scenes emotions and everything in the TF was well shot and well portrayed by all the actors the locations the dubbing (which i was scared off since i cant connect to shows whoz dubbing is bad -_-) but all went well :D I love the use of nano car hehehe and the obviously the use of KIds :Dsince the whole TF was centered around them :P Ahh Cinevistaas and KSG and They not make Him nanga :O Anyways i thought they gonna make him half nanga but this time it was one sixth ROFL ROFL ROFL :| It was soo good see his abs too LMAOO i missed those hayee Kya din the when we used to get 2 see his shower scenes everyweek LOLL but i'm HAPPY they dint go overboard showing his body in the TF and focused more on the acting :D Thanx 2 cinevistas for coming up wid this brilliant work and giving us sth to cherish forever :D The TF has every element a general man face in the jjourney of Life and The way it was shown in the TF genuinely touched my heart <3It is close to reality and thas what makes the TF connect more :) Life is not a bed of roses we face wayy too many hurdles to get those in the form of happiness, in the form of Love and This is inspirational for the all the single parents who face the hurdles and the society for their children strongly and not backing off :)
Simran and Buntys scenes was touching :D The way the truth said and the way bunty and simran reacted Kudos the emotions wereee exact what it has 2 be :)
The Speech scene was heart touching...The way Raghu wasgetting insulted and trying to say but cudnt just broought tearsd KSG wasss soo perfect in the damn scenes :| U cant help but cryyy !!!!!! and the way Simran stood up for raghu wasss heart warming and touching <3 and the dialouges were tooo good
the ending cudnt Have been better it was more like New Beginning a new Journey :) I thought Raghu will get custody of Akku or Namrata gonna give akku to raghu but I'm Glad what I thought dint comes true coz certainly this is where reality hits :d U cannot get everything in life u wish for :P
Over All The telefilm was LEFT RIGHT PERFECT ;) Kuddos to the whole Team for bringing this concept and the Showing us 😳

This has to be my Best Eidi in form of KSG <3 Eid Mubarak Everyone😃

okay this topic is AMAZING sahar :| i'm sitting here thinking about what to write cos i think nothing i say can express how i feel right now LOL cos the TF was perfect :| aur tune toh mere dil ki baat likh di 🤣

Let me start with the concept :P I also normally like fairytale happy endings in movies cos you don't get much of that in real life BUT this TF was different and i liked how akku didn't end up with Raghu because it just brought in a little touch of reality. And the ending also brought out the good side of his ex wife (which i never thought existed) and it's nice that they were able to work out their differences and he said thank you and both of them had no hard feelings! So although the ending was realistic, it was still happy because it showed that even though Raghu didn't get custody of Akku he could still meet up with her on weekends and he could move ahead in his life with Simran :) I think it was really inspirational and also showed us more about the difficulties of being single parents but also that you can cope with it like Raghu and also Simran.

Like you said, I also loved how it wasn't just focused on one character but both KSG and Anita and also the kids had equally important roles. I remember the scene where they all hugged and that was such a perfect moment I just paused and stared at it for a while LOL. They all looked so good together <33

Okay now coming onto the actors :P KSG was perfect as usual and it was such a nice feeling to see him acting again :| I loved his character and he portrayed Raghu really well, I don't think anyone else could have played the character like he did! He made me laugh so much with his clumsiness and with the way he talked but I also had tears in my eyes in some scenes like when he was giving the speech and everyone called him loser and he just helplessly stood there :( That scene really broke my heart :( Oh and i loved the rain scenes obviously and the nanga scene in the lift LMFAO i couldn't stop drooling :| ANDDD I LOVED THE RAGHU AKKU SCENES <3 I have always wanted to see him be a dad and he played the role so well! I have to admit though i was jealous of akku cos KSG is my dad :|

Anita was amazing! I have loved her since kavyanjali days and she did so well in this TF and her chemistry with KSG was perfect! i know i keep saying that word a lot but idk how else to describe them LOL. In the scene where she was alone on the road with bunty and she called her husband for help but he said it was over, she acted so well and i was crying because i felt so sorry for her! When she started crying i felt so upset too :( It was like Simran pretended to be perfect but inside she was dying and i love how her non perfect side came out when she was with Raghu :) But yeh Anita was really amazing and i loved seeing her interacting with bunty :P

I loved bunty's character and how he stood by his mum even when she told him she wrote him all the cards and that their dad left them! He was an amazing kid and he was sooo adorable :) Aku was really good too and i think the scene where she shined was in the speech scene! When she was just looking at her dad and crying i felt so bad :(

The songs were all amazing and went really well with the scenes, the aahatein and raabta were perfectooo <33 Okay now imma stop talking LMAO and you better be happy beech cos my lappy shut down 7 times when i was writing this -_-

Perfect!!! That's what I said when it Ended.
What a Perfect Story with Perfect acting.
1st Entry with Mindblowing Dance Number, then His Cute Fights, His Silly talks, his Language.. Lol
His Bonding with Kids & his eyes that Conveyed all love for Simran
I Cried with Him, I laughed with him. The White Imaginary part was so good & Last Part was Perfect.
He was Looking damn Hot in Rain Seq, Those Naughty Smile & His Dimples. Oyye Hoyye.
I loved it how He always tried to get in Anita's Umbrella & Finally he Succeded..lol
Pehli Baar, Pehli Baar... Awesome.
KSG You Nailed Raghu's Character with your Brilliant performance. Superb. Hats off..
The Best TF with the best KSG..

I Enjoyed every second of this TF... this is all cos of KSG's Magic...
Emotion, Masti, Fun, Nautanki, drama...every element was there in this TF ?
The Quality of this TF is soo good..I was feeling like I am watching a Film...
All the songs played were just perfect..Specially I was Jumping when rabta was playing..Lol
The way KSG portrayed emotion part, the way he was cying & all his emotions are just too good..
His Comic timing & the way he was mimicking anita..Lol
when I say that KSG is the best Actor of TV industry...I just dont say it just like that..he actually deserved this title & he Proved it again ?
KSG U Rock & u should COME BACK NOW..I am missing u again now :|
I so wanted a Hug of KSG & Anita..but My bad they didnt even touch each other...still they rocked a show..what a chemistry..I loved all the moments..i enjoyed each sec of it 😳
He is KSG & He proved it again...Right now He is the best actor in tv industry & he should get awards for it 😳
I am soo sooo Happy ..That I am His fan...cos I know..He will never disappoint us..😳

It was so so Perfect and Beautiful. Like u sai it covered so many dynamics, be tht of a Father terribly wanting to be a part of his daughter's lyf yet wanting her to have a good life which he believed was with her mother, the Mother son relation where she just wants desperately to give her son his father's love, or the baeutiful an subtle romance between the main leads.. It was all so Beautiful and Pure ❤️

The TF had such an amazing cast, where all the four main Actors made their characters so real and believable. They made us cry with Simran's pain, made us want to live life freely like Raghu and also made us want to get naughty with Aaku and BuntyThe best part for me obviously had to ha to be KSG. I Loved Raghu so very much. I really loved how he communicated and i really cant get enough of Ksg talking in Punjabi :$

The songs that were incorporated were so apt that it felt like they were specially made up for this very TF. U get attached to shows over a period of tym but this TF was so beautiful that even in a span of 1:30hrs it made me cry wen it ended </3

Like u said its got me so much more desperate to see KSG onscreen, i really want him bak, cause the way he Acts, the passion of his actin is unmatchable to any other TV actor!

OHHH GOSH! Main kya kahoon??? The TF has left me speechless! It's actually as I said has left me like everyone else, wanting for more! Why can't TFs be longer? Lol ok enough on that. I agree with all your points. This TF was very well and thoroughly worked on. From locations, to dialogues to the extras to the kids to songs ...acting, direction, screenplay everything was very well done. I am glad they showed the ex's to give us a feel of what the lead characters have gone through. That's what made it so close to reality. And as you said, they used the kids in the story... Or I should say.. Utilized the kids. They were just there for the sake of being there. Because issues like these, in real life, affect everyone involved. There was a depth in the parent-child relationships. Even Akku's mom and Akku's relation was given attention. Some people may feel that Raghu should have gotten custody in the end but I disagree. What was shown was very real and justified.

Ok done talking about the story. About the chemistry between Raghu-Simran... Amazing! You are right sahar tht we don't always have to have hot sexy scenes to show romance and love. The most important thing in love is trust and understanding and that was subtly shown in Raghu-Simran story. Chemistry was completely evident. I know Anita is a really good actor. I wish to see her again in something with KSG.

KKKSSSGGG!!!!!! Mera Chand mujhe aaya hai nazar!!!!lol OMG Not like I've forgotten but he refreshed my heart and brain to remind me that NO ONE DOES IT BETTER THAN HIM. 'IT' here referring to ANYTHING! Lol he is the king when it comes to expressions. It's like he becomes the character. He did remind me of Armaan someplaces and I got all nostalgic. Gosh! He can make me cry. I think he is the only guy on Indian Tv who can actually make me sob like a kid with just one tear in his eye. The only other person who has that capability is Aamir Khan. I can not see him cry! Lemme correct that by person I meant guy. Girls is a diff story. Lol
Anyways, the way KSG portrayed the character of Raghu was perfection. No one could've even come close. Obviously who doesn't love him with kids. But the ability he has to become a kid with the kids and be mature with adults and be all ... Ummm what's the word??? I can't think of a work but can I just say be all KSG like? Lol
As much as I was excited for this TF now that it's over I want him back... Right now. Koi wapas lao iss magician ko...please!!!
Gonna miss him so much!! :(

Such a beautiful topic Saru <3 I agree totally, the TF was amazing, beautiful, simple and in short a very perfect story, shown in the best way possible. The highlight of this Telefilm for me has to be how close it was to reality. Even though like you said, I believe more with the fairy tale version of a story, I liked the tinge of reality.

The best about the TF was

- The relation of both the leads with their kids, it was endearing, touching and adorable. If I had to choose one from the two, I would pick the relation between Raghu and Aaku, because they were more of friends, or like they said 'partners' and there was nothing hidden between the two. The simple quality of Raghu to become a kid with his kid, touched me.

- Moments when Raghu went out of his way to please his baby was adorable, made his character what it is for me. Buying a car to drop her to the boarding school, letting her get away with spilling something on him, racing another car just to bring a smile on her face.

- The moments on their drive to the school were amazing, and serene. It showed a journey of people who are on crossroads with life, but have gotten a chance to enjoy happiness and freedom, and life the way they want to, 'pehli baar' and the song reciprocated the same feeling. The song was beautifully shot, showing glimpses of the 4 getting closer.

- Loved how both the characters Raghu and Simran changed for the better, Raghu grew more confident about himself. Having heard just low about himself, he had developed a complex regarding himself, but that one gesture of Simran changed him. Same goes for Simran, she was stubborn, spoilt and strict, not wanting to find happiness for herself, but Raghu taught her how to find happiness in the smallest of moments in life.

- Though I was totally eager to see Raghu get the custody, the fact that the opposite happened, kept the logic intact.

- Lastly the ending was beautiful, not an over the top dramatic milan, but just ended on a happy note, when the two share an umbrella, signifying lending of support and courage to the other, and want to give life another chance, with each other, 'PEHLI BAAR' ' First time ka pehli baar'

The simplicity of the Telefilm and the innocence which reflected through every moment in it was what stood out for me all through.

The kids were amazing, and so was the pairing between Anita and KSG, both brilliant actors and together they were way more perfect than I had imagined.

ALSO this was our KSG's comeback, and OMG KSG :| we can never get enough of you, HOPING he comes back to a daily ASAP, because the answer lies in the TF itself. Seeing him emote, made you feel the same that the character did, which is something ONLY KSG can do. Loved him all through. He was brilliant.

I don't think I even need to say anything because you have beautifully described and said everything that I feel and wanted to say. The TF was beyong beautiful and it had such a nice & warm feeling to it. I loved how the story progressed and how the characters and the concept was so realistic which made it even more amazing. and yes KSG and Anita were the perfect choices for this TF and they played their parts with perfection <33
And even I always wanted to see KSG playing a dad and I am so glad our wish got fulfilled because now I can definitely say that KSG will make such an adorable father. I loved the relationship he shared with Akku and he's such a cute daddy. I just love love KSG with kids, the most blissful sight ever ❤️
Raghu was just like Armaan and it brought back so many memories. It made me so nostalgic and made me miss DMG and Armaan so much! I swear, I could still feel the same vibe that I used to feel while watching DMG. Truly no one can leave an impact on me as KSG does. He is the ONLY actor who can make me laugh, love & cry along with him <33 I was seriously teary eyed whenever he cried and especially in the last few minutes. Its unbelievable as to what kind of an incredibly infectious screen presence he has, he really lights up your screen with his million dollar dimpled smile and that gorgeous face 😍 I have said this already but I'll say it again, No one romances the way he does, no one cries the way he does, no one acts the way he does and no one can ever take his place in my heart <33 and this TF just proved each of that point. He was beyond brilliant and totally natural.
I've always liked Anita since Kavyaanjali days and always thought of her as a good actress and she was amazing here. I loved the chemistry Raghu and Simran shared, so beautiful. She looked really pretty and was perfect for the role. And the kids were beyond adorable 😳 The whole TF was just beautiful, simple and sweet. I loved it right from the beginning till the end, everything was perfect.

And now there's just one thing that needs to happen and that is for KSG TO COME BACK ON OUR TV SCREENS :( BECAUSE I MISS HIM </3

Loving the discussion here :) thanks for the topic Sahar!!!! Well, when you keep thinking about a movie even 24 hours after watching it thats when you know how much it moved you and this film managed to do just that..atleast in my case and Im sure many would agree even people who aint ardent fans of Karan Singh Grover. What a comeback !!!!! This movie was not entirely on his shoulders infact it was very well balanced on all the four central characters- Raghu, Simran, Akku and Bunty ..and they all conveyed the essence of their characters so well in the limited time they had ..I think that was the best aspect of the movie..Raghu knew that he couldn't get Akku's custody and maybe cudnt give her the life that his rich wife could..his priorities in life were simple n few.. his daughter,her happiness and the lil joys of life that he got in spending time with her, having cutting chai on the roadside or capturing the moments of life in his camera.. Simran on the other hand was struggling to save her marriage, her job and single handedly upbringing her son..More than a husband she needed a father for her son..Her son Bunty was missing a father in his life but he shielded his mother from as much pain as he could..tried to give her all the love she missed in her life..Akku on the other hand, even being so different from Bunty had one thing in common ..the love for her father Raghu..so what if he's not achieved big things in life..for her he's not a loser mind you..he's the besttt father in the world..a friend and her ''partner'' The script though not entirely new looked fresh..beautiful bg scores.. even the adapted songs went perfectly with the scenes..the locations were exotic..all in all this TF is a clear winner and the best so far in my opinion. I laughed at Raghu's antics, his conversations with the kids, banter with Simran in the start..I blushed when they first meet in the lift..''Hi'' that flirtatious grin..got me grinning like a fool lol..I blushed even harder when they almost kissed.. I cried when Simran and Bunty talk about the secret of the cards that his father never wrote..I choked with tears when Raghu went upto the stage feeling unsure what to say lest he embarrases his daughter and then Simran comes to support him.. '' agar loser aisa hota hai, tau mein chahugi ki mera beta bada hoke loser bane'' nothing over the top yet I couldn't hold back my tears.. Also when Akku proudly tells her mom that her father is not a loser..he may not be the best husband for her mother but he's definitely the best father she could have ...All in all great team effort KSG in one word brilliant and he got a great support from all the other characters..specially his chemistry with Anita was amazing..the kids were great!!! well by the end of it I can say the standard is NOW set ;)
