Anyone watching this serial? Moving interestingly with less "crying" scenes unusual to our serials.

Oh yeah... I get to watch this one sometimes, if I am home early. Mom just loves it.

I think itz quite absurd that except Karthik and the dad-in-law, nobody else knows what Abhirami is upto.

Actually, Shanti (Suganya) came to know about Abhirami and her siblings background first. Then, as more incidents and time passed, others also get to know, including Abhirami's husband and the mother-in-law. Now only Karthik and his dad are yet to know about her.

Currently, Abhirami is trying to get Karthik married so that he wont be attached (as she thinks) to his friends (and Shanti's) daughter.

So guys what is happening with this show now???

Ramya married someone else??? I thought she had her sight firmly fixed on Karthik...!

Yeah.. Abhirami convinces her to get on with life and she hooks up with RK's arch enemies son (Srinivasan's son). Srini and Abhi join hands in the crusade against RK - each has own agenda and each is plotting to double cross the other.

So Ramya's husband creates a scene - hits Ramya and Ramya rushes to Abhirami akka to complain. Abhirami tells her that her place is in her dad in laws house and nto to come to 'porandathu' to complain. Karthik is shocked but leaves when Abhirami tells him that it is ladies matter and karthik shldnt' interfere.

However, when Karthik sees Ramya's husband, Gautam, they get into a fight. Gautam comes home and complains to his dad. Srini immediately contacts Abhirami and tells her to control Karthik.

End of episode :-) today's episode will start in 15 minutes.. lets see how it goes..

5 Aug 2005 Episode Summary

Abhirami yells at Karthik for interfering in Ramya's case but in the end she apologises profusely and that NUT Karthik appears to believe her and apologises for all his mistakes.

Shyam visits with Ramya and they both discuss that Abhirami has changed and that she is not concerned about them.

Basically - wasted episode with nothing interesting.

Just to add to the 5th Aug 2005 Episode,,

People of RK family gathered at his house for naming the new comer. RK is given the turn to name him and he named him as Rajasekhar which is his FIL's name, that is, Raji's dad's name. Abhirami didnt like it, still retains a smile on her face as ever. Raji and Swati goes inside kitchen to get snacks to everyone, RK goes somewhere, Arjun and Anitha are caressing the baby. At that time, Abhirami tries to poison Dinesh's mind saying the baby is black in color like his periappa (Arjun). How come this is possible as both Dinesh and Swathi are both fair?!!!!! Dinesh thinks and the episode stops there. Let us see what he says today.. 😊

I also feel that Karthik's thought that he killed Shanti's husband is really very ridiculous as it happened in army. Giving such a great importance to it looks very weird. It looks to be a means of dragging the story and nothing else to me.

7 Aug episode -

Oh thanks Thijan for adding that.. completely slipped out of my mind.

So Dinesh laughs at Abhirami and says skin color is not important, howver it is important that one doens't have a black heart like her. He tells the rest of teh gang about this 'low' remark by Abhirami.

Today sparks fly high!! Karthik happens to visit the site where abhirami said she gave the 10lakhs and talks to contractor who says money hasn't been forthcoming for a long time and so no work is being done. Karthik has a showdown with Abhirami - she gets very upset and angry and yells at Karthik to take over the company and that she will have nothing to do with it (knowing all the time, I think that he will withdraw and leave her to the company)

11th august

Today what happened is that Indu- shanti daughter is missing and all are searching for her- the child is actually with abhiram- she takes her from the school- meanwhile all including the police are searching for her.
at the end of the episode the child is brought back to the house- RK's house- karthik and amma is there - they are wondered and abhirami is smiling wickedly as usual at amma(rajeswari)-
