can some1 plss help?

i just got my pc fixed buh now i have another problem i dunt hear any sounds or cant watch videos could this happen cus that hardware is not install or downloded😕?? if its that then i gotta fix the hrdware problem...so pllsss some who knows do help cus before it used to work soo well on my pc i could hear n see the videos buh now i have some kinda problem......😆

well u can download media player or real player soft ware to watch ideo n listening to music n abt the sound problem may be u dont have the souncard or its not conected to ur speaker.. just check tht one.

may be the drivera r not detected on your pc... you can ck that... right cilk>>> (on the Computer icon)and go to Manage>>> and select>>> Device manager & find SOUND,VIDEO AND GAME CONTROLLERS. IF THERE ANY problem YOU CAN SEE IT LIKE THIS ? (A QUESTION MARK IN YELLOW COLOR)... (-y don't you fix it agn-) 😊
