im glad that soham got a mom who cares for him and unlike ovi and teju who never got a mothers love...atleast varsha cares for him..
and i couldnt blame varsha for kidnapping soham because it was archana who wanted varsha to be near soham when varsha wanted to maintain distance from soham as she will get attached to him again..

if she loved them why did she give them up..no loving mother would do that in this century..she would have fought for them and not give to manav..a mothers love should be greater than her love for her husband...and she think she is punishing herself for the death of soham but no.she deprived her daughters from a mothers love..

Well I certainly am not happy that Varsha kidnapped Soham. He was always more like a toy for him- if she really loved him she would have done what was the best for HIM rather than what she wanted for herself. That is the true sign of a mother's love. Now see what happened. In her selfishness to keep him close to her, she kept him separated from his family for years. Granted she was mentally ill and obsessed at first, but she did sober down later, did she not? She looks okay to me these days. Due to the lack of education and the environment in which he has been raised (Varsha living with that gangster guy) Soham was just one step away from becoming a criminal! He did become a criminal eventually, got jailed and we do not know if he will get a chance to go back to a normal life again.

And no, please don't tell me that Archana was worse than Varsha and so Soham was better off with Varsha . I know Archana was a bad mother , hehe. :) It's just that I don't believe that Archana being a bad mother makes Varsha a good mother by default- as in a comparative analysis. Nope. BOTH are bad.

😕 If you agree with me that Varsha is a bad mother and ruined Soham's life then why are you glad that Soham got kidnapped? 😆
Don't mind my asking me please.. I just want to understand what you wanted to say.😊

I am not forgetting anything. I didn't just feel the need to write all that history bcos you have written most things in your post above. So I just wrote my opinion in short- both are bad mothers.
And I think you missed the point in my post--- I didn't call Varsha a bad mother just bcos she ran away with Soham (when she was instigated by Archana when she was not stable mentally). Rather I called Varsha a bad mother bcos of what she did after that. If she really loved Soham, then for the sake of his future, his upbringing, she would have returned home later when she got better, and had sense of what is wrong and right and got over her obsession over him. But she stayed on with that gangster so that she wouldn't have to return Soham to Archana and now her son is a criminal. There is no question of instigation or majboori here- It was solely Varsha's choice to give this sort of life to Soham and she did.. Soham lost all the opportunities of a good life - no education, no proper upbringing, no safety. He lived with goons and ultimately became one.

I know all that Archana and Sulochana have not punished Varsha adequately time and again. But beyond a point, we CANNOT blame them for the decisions she makes in her life. After a point, it is Varsha and only Varsha who is to be blamed. She is not a kid who was moulded such by Archana. She has been shown as selfish and self centered all through. She always tried to get her way with Satish too, mind it, the decisions were always hers only (decision to abort and so on) Archana and Sulo didn't punish her enough for it, that I agree with. But it was always she who initiated it and though Archana and Sulo didn't punish her enough, it was not like they supported or encouraged her in her wrong acts either. I remember Sulo turning her out of the house when she aborted, and that she was always more strict with Varsha when the show started. The first person to be blamed here is not Archana or Sulo but only and only Varsha- she made many wrong decisions in her life on her own, not on instigation. And even if we do blame Archana or Sulo for not punishing her or indirectly encouraging her, or as you say 'pampering her', then still, their mistakes do not exonerate Varsha. They were wrong does not mean Varsha automatically becomes right. No. In that case all 3 are wrong.

Point is, varsha was selfish anyway. Always. And when she recovered after her whole mental illness and it was a case of Returning home to Mumbai and giving Soham a good future Vs. staying with him alone with those goons, she chose the latter. Her love is selfish love, she chose her own feelings than the betterment of Soham- Varsha HAD the option of returning home, returning soham to his parents or at least contacting Satish or anyone else in her home and thus keeping Soham away from that crime laden life- but she didn't!
Anyway, let's just agree to disagree.

Varsha did the best to Soham...turned him into Kidnapper...🤣
She should be ashamed of herself what she has done to soham...

I have full faith in Archana's upbringing...it was in Savita's presence Archana thought she isnt able to take care of 4 kids alone...and she took care of Sachin when he was kid away from mother...
Alas her daughters didnt get her love...thanks to her family...

Plus she fought and bought up Purvi, working and struggling single parent and fighting against all odds...
