I think it's obvious. Vikram is definitely NOT having an affair. His character is too positive. and they are both (neha vikram) clearly still in love. i think he's divorcing her for the sake of the family. maybe the business he was involved in now has some security and safety issues. and maybe someone is after them, but he hasn't told neha yet.
