In real life Aish had some throat surgery a couple of months back, we don't know exactly what is wrong as there is no news about it but it seems that she had been having some complications related to the surgery and now it has reached the point where it is effecting her work, that is why she had opted to leave the show as I think she really needs to recuperate.
