Diana Penty in Bhansali's 'Ram Leela'
Bhansali declared his film 'Ram Leela', the film has been making news for its casting couch. Diana and Ranveer are now confirmed, but Kareena was dropped from the movie due to her wedding and now the latest is that might not be back because Diana Penty who made her debut with Deepika in Cocktail is receiving rave reviews.
Diana Penty as Juliet in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's highly anticipated film, 'Ram Leela' based on Shakespeare's 'Romeo and Juliet'. After finalization, Sanjay dropped Kareena from the film due to her impending marriage. It is reported that Bhansali is not keen to make the film with a married actress and so has ousted Bebo from the movie.
But now Sanjay has changed his mind and he approached Kareena again. "He apologised to Kareena for whatever happened and she agreed," says a source close to the project. After Sanjay dropped Kareena from 'Ram Leela', it is heard that he has approached Priyanka Chopra to replace Kareena and again he turned to Deepika Padukone to play the role of 'Leela' and then he finally approached Diana Penty.
But is Kareena really is on the board. Diana will be paired opposite Ranveer Singh. The other star cast of the film is not yet known.
Now the question we all await to see who will be casted as Juliet?
