It was Khushi's dream just after he told her I live you on phone. in dream she saw that he gifted her Pearl necklace an himself made her wear it. He actually gifting it was a dream come true for her. hence she was emotional...

actually pearl chain which gave her indicates two events...

1.in the second episode of the show arnav tore the dori of khushi s blouse which is made of pearls...he even kept them safe in his cupboard as her rememberance...remember

2.while arnav was kidnapped..arnav told khushi I LOVE U in phone...she dreams of them both..in that dream sequence he gifts her pearl chain...

u know ARSHI r great lovers even with out telling each other they know well of each other ..so arnav knows khushi likes this peral chain and so he gifted her..so sweet of them na...
