BODY B A S I C S My weakness is my sweet tooth! ... confesses Manish Paul.The actors exercise regime and strict diet plan keep him in shape MY EXERCISE REGIME I try to keep my exercise regime regular by working out all seven days of the week.However,the timings do depend on my shooting schedules.If I can not go to the gym,I try to go for a jog.I maybe in any part of the world but I always carry my running shoes with me.I do weight training four days a week and cardio the rest of the three days for an hour atleast.Everyday of weight training targets a different body part.I dont get time to play sports anymore but I do love playing cricket and basketball whenever I get a chance.They were my favourite games when I was younger and I love playing cricket even today whenever I can find the time and place.Its a passion,I would have loved to pursue! MY PROBLEM AREAS I put on weight on my face very easily.And unfortunately too much of stress also shows very easily on my face.Another problem area is my stomach as I tend to put on weight there easily.However,I feel its easy to lose weight on the stomach but its the face that is most difficult.I have realised that if I jog,it shows well on my face and I also continuously do face exercises. MY STRENGTHS I am very proud of my biceps.They shape out very well with even minimum exercising.I cannot say that I always have been a fitness freak but I guess I have become one now.I am forever reading up on things to do to make one fitter! MY DIET I follow a diet which avoids red meat and is full of lots of chicken and eggs.I start and end my day with warm water as thats good for the body.Being a Punjabi,eating is second nature,but I cant and dont eat everything anymore! My weakness is my sweet tooth and so I have to stay away from sweets.Its the most difficult part as I can binge on anything sweet. MY FAVOURITE CELEB IDOL (MALE) Hrithik Roshan I love the way he reinvents himself every time in terms of his looks.Its truly remarkable! MY FAVOURITE CELEB IDOL (FEMALE) Bipasha Basu I admire the way she has changed herself and today she has to be the most fit actress in Bollywood.
