dear all,

is there any1 out there coz it's harder & harder to breath. (all of my friends think that i've left them as i don't comment on their posts :(

it's not that i don't comment but i can't 😭🥺

i've got this kindle fire. it works well with all websites apart from india forums.

the digital keyboard that suppose to pop up whn u r about to make a comment or post, nvr does.

basically kindle doesn't register that it's a writing spot. it only lets me post emoticons or let me write in the page numbers. that's all the functioning it registers on this website.

can anyone help? does any1 else has this issue from their tablet?

I have a kindle fire too but I never had any problems with it. Do you still have your receipt? Did you buy it from the states? If you had, go on - they will replace it within a year. They replaced my fourth generation kindle when it went wonky like that. but you have to do it within a year. Oh. Have you updated the software recently?

i don't know which generation it is but it's version 6.3.1

do u have the same?

i have not updated the software. how do u do that?

i did buy it in april so it's pretty recent n yeah in states. yikes idk if i've saved it's box n all.

if you are on a wifi network, it will update anyway... you shouldn't have to do it especially. see if you can find it, and I'll mail you the helpline I had used.

yup muski...that's the reason. i luv the darn thing so much that i've pretty much bade farewell to my pc n laptop . tonight i told myself to share my issue so atleast if nothing else ...it'll work as an apology. 😉
