i do watch tamil movies...i am a north indian...but then my guardians were south indian...so they taught me the language...i understand tamil n i can speak also...even my whole family can understand n speak tamil...except for my late grandad...he understands...can't speak...we always talk to him in hindi...my uncle speaks tamil too..but then when he speaks to me...my mom(his sister)...he always speaks hindi to us...it irritates him if we speak to him tamil...😆...
