Connection-Khosla and Rathod's lawyer

In 14th july 2011 episode at the end, Mr. Rathod calls his lawyer and tells him that he wants his daughter back at any cost because Tapasya not is ready to give him custody of his daughter. The lawyer assures him that work will be done soon.

This lawyer is the same person as Khosla who takes the house and auctions Jogi's house. Is there any connection to Rathod or did Cvs use the same person to act in two different roles?

Some extra actors have done diff roles in uttaran. Remember alady mrs khanna or something who sees taps at the hotel n informs everyone. She had done at least three diff ckts in ut including veers aunt who visits bzoo after veecha wedding.

Thanks for the reply. There is no connection in that case. I really wonder how come Rathod did not keep tabs on Jogi's family in case Muktha is found...
