LOL...I am laughing at TM's post 😆😆😆😆
Jagya is the biggest victim...Anandi didnt suffer at all !!!
I guess u also believe women are tissue papers...use them them throw them out of the house...get another one again use them and throw them...
And why should anandi leave her house...by ur logic all widows should leave their sasruals as their hubbies r dead so no need to stay in their in laws place.
Anandi wont go anywhere...she'll stay wherever she wants to stay...jagya jaye bhaad mein.

And please watch all episodes of BV...all 1000+ episodes then comment on Jagya's "HONESTY'...half baked knowledge is useless.

When a woman is married in India, her households changes socially and legaly. Since A was married to J, and was his legal wife before yesterday, it does not make any difference if her husband falls in adultary.
If husband falls in adultry, and shout every day at woman that I dont consider you as my wife, Should wife leave her home and go?
The basic difference you are not getting is : After marriage , its not only Jagya's house, But its Anandi's house as well. There exsits no body who can claim this house is not of Aanandi, and there is no relation of Aanandi' with Sumitra and Other Family members. Aanandi has power even to take her share in the house.
So first thing : This is not only Jagya's house,The moment their child marriage became legal, this house became permanent home of Aanandi's . Her Voter's id card would hold permanent address of this property, after she turns 18. So she should not move out from her house just because husband is in adultry..
Second: Even after divorce: because she is not re-married yet, She can claim maintanence form husband, or in-laws. and as Mr jagya's share is there in the house, it still gives right of 50% on that share OR else J has to provide her maintanence, so that she can live a equal status life like J.
Third : No matter Jagya marry to some other girl, even if A is not married, J has to provide maintanence for life time to her.
Fourth: No matter how much J shout Gauri is his wife, She still can not claim any thing from him or his family as she is not a legal wife.
I think , you may get the twist here. and an answer to why A is at Haveli and at Jaitsar..

I agree with the person who started this post on some of the views .
I dont understand the so called holier than thou attitude of Bhairon and Sumitra. They got the kids married and want their son to obey them and when he rebels(maybe the method was not right) they are shunning him away. No parent behaves like that.People who say about bond of love better than blood, definitely are not parents as yet. And kids do make mistakes. I dont expect jagyas family to be patting his back, but if they shun him this way they are just escaping their responsibility. For me both the sides parents are the worst characters than j and g.
And for the view that Jagya should not have got Gauri home, I dont think he should have expected them to accept her, But I think he was right in bringing her home and hot hiding her. He made his choice very clear.
Parents love their children ,give them what they want( in the context of the serial) but when the child does not behave like how they want...they snub him off???? unheard of...sounds more like emotional blackmail. so it then comes down to loving your child with conditions.

I loved all the comments and different viewpoints, specially of messisha who had hit the nail right on it's head. Though I don't hate J despite what happened, I still feel there is goodness in him.
As for Anandi, she has every right to stay in that house. We are talking about divorce which is borrowed from the west. But in western countries the wife after divorce gets huge compensation and alimony. Is our bevda balam capable of giving all that compensation? Anandi's family was tortured by DS in those days for gifts who has gone thru a major reformation now. Kajanan became a pauper because of DS . Despite that Child Anandi was thrown out. They all had to work as day labour in Mumbai. All this was due to now born again DS. Despite all that what Anandi showed was love and duty and responsibility. She earned her position in that Haveli. Just because J wants to run away with another woman, one can not expect A to pack her bags and leave making it very convenient for J and G.
